We make every effort to ensure you receive your products in the best condition. Should the product be unsatisfactory to you in any way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will happily refund or exchange your purchase free of charge.

Should you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the product and we’ll happily exchange your purchase.

Please email [email protected] with your name, product information and order number and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Please return the goods to CUPP, 31 St Stephens Street, Bristol, BS1 1JX, in original unopened packaging with the original invoice. We will refund you the purchase price of the goods once we have received the goods.
